97 Grand Prix GTP. Neither turn signal is working when I manipulate the lever on the steering wheel. The fuse is not blown. Oddly enough, the hazards work when I press the hazard switch. Wipers also work. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Blinker fluid low
Other than that, might be the multifunction switch having an issue.

Anyway to determine if multifunction switch, or do I just need to replace?
