My turn signals quit working the other day. Anyone experience this yet?

Hazards work, tails lights work, ect.

I flip on the turn signal and get no blinking on the instrument panel nor outside on the lights.

    The turn fuse is fine.

sounds like the switch went bad on you. do the high beams still work? or cruise control? if you have it. wipers, wiper fluid?

you can also check the plug connection.

oh and when you hit the turn signal to turn do the lights light up and stay solid? or they stay dark?

Those are all good. Are you referring to a $10 relay switch that would be in the relay box under the steering wheel?

you can try that, i was thinking if the hazards work then flasher is good, check to see if you have one for each. if you turn the hazards on and put your finger in the relay you can feel it click, if you do have 2 relays, and they have the same part # on them, switch them, see if one stops working and the other starts to work. free check.

the switch i was referring to is the multi switch,(about 75 used) the one you use to make the directional's works, thats why i asked if all that other stuff still worked.

Just found out the brake lights are out too except the window brake light. Must be the turn switch, hazard switch, turn relay. Who knows, I just replaced the ignition switch a week ago, so I assume that is causing the domino effect now. My reverse lights stop working a few months ago. Goll damn half ass electrical engineers.

If anyone has experience with this please chime in. Also if there are any good write ups out there on how to rewire to take the load of some of these switches that would be helpful too.

Thank God I will never buy another Gm POS again. Wish they would have failed!!!

    Thanks all,

    Nimo

Well I had read a few places it was related to the hazard button sticking or whatever. So, I played with the button and donkey punched it a few times an walla it works again.
