I have a 1998 Prix GTP. I just got done replacing the struts, Rotors, pads, Inner and Outer tie rods, and now I am trying to find where the location of the abs module is at? It says in the chiltons manual that it is under the passengers seat but that is the Air Bag Module not the abs module, another location I read says below the steering column to the left, I have done the hub assemblies and checked the abs wires for any frays or cracks or bends in the wires and there was none and when I put the code reader on it says abs module bad circuit, I got an abs module from my work and I cannot find the thing anywhere.... The part # of what I bought is a bwd part alb1620m which is what I show to be the abs control module for my year of gtp but damned if I can find it. Any help appreciated please........

    Under the cruise control module.

    You cant miss it.

See the CC module in the upper right, then look down and you'll see "label for assembley only", thats the abs module.

    Here, read this. http://www.grandprixforums.net/ebcm-...ion-50176.html

I've been round and round with ebcm crap. Careful with barcodes/part #s, even though you got another ebcm it may not work.

If all else fails, get whatever money back you can and let ModuleMaster rebuild it. It's like $200 5 year warranty and they not only repair it but they upgrade the common fail part. It's legit
