What is the frame that the engine and transmission bolt to called then if not a subframe?
Engine cradle?
I'm aware where the washers go, but I'm questioning if you HAVE to purchase them from the vendors instead of ordering a "cradle" washer.

thats what it looks like to me. Can't be sure though.
Cool, i'll call it the cradle from now on.

Add the typical drop numbers in inches to the header for each section of pictures.
Pictures can be deceiving.

any one run a medium drop ( im thinking eibachs) with unmodified ssac or ebay headers. would i have to remove the "u-bend"
youd probably be okay, but itd get bashed up eventually when you hit something with it.
Here is a pix of my car with ssac, eibach's and i dont have a problem at all

Umm, stock exhaust already hangs low IMO.
My SD goose neck sits too low for me to consider lowering it.
anyone put springs ssc springs on without changing the struts, my struts were changed less than 40k miles ago and are fine now, id hate to change them again. Also what about rolling fenders on 245 45 17 on ssc's
struts should be okay for a little while, but they wont last near as long as stock springs. the rubbing depends more on the wheel specs than the tire. if youre running stock wheels you should be more than okay considering the stock offset is pretty high.
where can i get intrax springs? and should i go with shortened dog bones with it?
google it. youll find them somewhere.
however, i dont know what you should do about the lowering vibration. your best bet would be to get some spacer plates to push everything back up to where its supposed to be. however, it depends on how harsh it is and how old your suspension and motor mounts are.
well i have vibration under acceleration now and thats stock suspension but only when i accelerate from like about 45-65
axle problems.
