alright so i went to switch my rear trailing arms and sway bar. The sway bar went fine but now i am stuck on the trailing arms. i got all the bolts out except for 1 which is the one that goes to the hub I already took the nut off so my question is what it the trick to getting the bolt out?

Put the nut on a little bit and hit it with a hammer it will push the bolt out.

Mine was so galled on I ended up taken the entire hub assembly off and putting it in a vise... Used plenty of PB, a 1/2" braker bar, an 4' bar entension and still ended up breaking parts off the hub assembly where the bolt went thru. Luckily had an extra set of rear hub assemblies..

Major PITA job, used antiseize when putting back together.
