take it for a ride up to those speeds, pop it in nuetral and turn off the engine. See if it is still there. Engine off might even be able to help you figure out where it is coming from if it is still there.

My guess would be is to double check your work, maybe a brake pad or pin is a little sticky
I'll have to try that tonight. the brakes were my first thought cause the rotors aren't in the greatest shape and I didn't have any of the locking washers that go on the wheel stud to hold the rotor so i didn't put any in but i've done this on around thirty different cars and it's never been a problem. the caliper came off in one piece with the bracket so the pads weren't removed but the and squell goo on the back of them may have broken loose. I'll try your suggestion and let you know what happens.
