So my mother in law just bought this 99 GP GT, and it seems pretty solid. A few problems here and there, nothing I can't handle. It sounds like it's got a bad wheel bearing in the back while cruising, but they're both tight once they're in the air. The PO blamed it on the GXP brakes he put in the back (but stock 11 inch fronts? lol), which I call BS. ABS lights aren't on or anything, and they all roll smooth. The only thing I can find is on the driver side rear when I push in on the top of the tire it moans as it turns. Hard to explain, I think that this is the bad bearing, but I wanted a few opinions before I replace it. Kind of hard to explain the sound, so I took a video of it. That's right, we have that kind of technology these days:

It's my mother in law's car so you can understand that I don't want to be wrong, lol.
