Every time I start driving or coming to a stop I hear this "CLUNK" coming from the front end. Does anybody know what can it be. Thanks.

Could be motor mounts, CV axles etc.

If you haven't replaced the ball joints or control arms then I would start there. You can get the Dorman lower control arms that come with new ball joints pretty cheap, and that ensures you get new control arm bushings and ball joints all at the same time and you don't have to f with drilling out the rivets on the old arms to get the joints out. The bushings can also be a cause of your clunk. Since you didn't state what year or how many miles are on it I would assume they need to be done by now as well.
No worries, my 00 GPGT has 365K on it and I've probably replaced just about everything under it by now, lol... When the wheels fall off, I put 'em back on.
With that amount of mileage on it if you haven't replaced the control arms/ball joints then that's what I'd go for next.
sub frame bushings. 99% sure
