just grab an alt from a park avenue
I already found many I just kind of wanted opinions of people that know about it a bit more or have actually had one
I was told to yank one outa a old cop car or taxi like the impala for instance (Cause they are high output, Not sure amps havnt looked into it.) Or you could pay for one. Mechman is the trending alternator company at this moment.
This is the quote Mechman gave me if interested.

500 rpm - 120 amps

Mike singer alternators.... HANDS DOWN!!!!!
I bough a 160 amp one off of ebay for about $90 about a month ago, wired it in with some 1/0 gauge and it works great. Here's the link:

Keep in mind that since your's is a 98 (like mine), the alternator MUST be from a 97 or 98. I'm not sure if you can get a bracket or not to be able to install an alternator from a 99-03. Hope this helped.
Unfortunately, I have not. But after I installed it I haven't had any more light dimming when I have the radio turned up. Tbh I didn't even think of having it measured...
High output alternators tend to be overkill for most people. Doing the big 3 will yield good results at a fraction of the cost. Now those guys with high output systems yea they'll benefit more.
