I would think it'd be a whole lot easier than my putting in a Pioneer Z150.
Get the factory GPS antenna. IIRC, it's about $100. The factory hiding place was under the defroster grille on the right side. When I installed the Pioneer unit, I mounted the GPS and XM antennas on a plate I had made up and hid it there. The GPS works flawlessly while I think I may be getting a few extra drop offs from the XM side. That leaves nothing on the outside of the car that would invite the bad guys to look inside of my car.
You would have to get your nav unit programmed by a dealer. They'll charge about an hour's labor.
