Question about wiring kit!! Is this kit okay? http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...4-09ZCK44.html
I saw knu concept one, but I image there might be extra shipping costs? and this one comes with 60 feet of speaker wire, vs 20 feet. Only thing is the speaker wire is 16 gauge. Is this okay??

also, I have component speakers in front doors. What wire do I replace going to component speakers? Just the wire to the crossover? Or the wire going to the woofer and tweeter as well?

That might be better than the Knu kit that I bought. It had 17 feet or so of power cable and was about two feet short. I'll need to mount the distribution block in a different place than I had planned.

Ah, I see. Lucky I got the 20ft of power wire then I guess. I ordered the wiring kit and amp. I will get it on Nov. 4th approx.
This is my crossover inside door. Do you only wire the aftermarket speaker wire to the crossover and then use the speaker wire that came with the Energy speakers to the speakers? Or do I have to replace that wire too? I can't tell what gauge it is.

Yea came to about $75 CAD or $77 CAD after tax. I think they do more home theatre sound vs car audio. You should check out their website just Google Energy speakers or Energy website. They sound pretty good. Crossover works well crossed over at 3.6Ghz

    Some of that wiring

    I may have gone overboard.
You really are a pro! A question though. Is it hard to adjust settings of the amp when it's upside-down mounted between the rear speakers? and will that be hard to wire? Do you think there is any other spot to put amp if I have extra room? My other amp is mounted on my sub-woofer

Hey guys, finished the install a little while ago. 1200W 4 channel amp hooked up to new component speakers. 800W mono amp hooked up to sub. If anyone needs pictures or tips to installing something similar just ask! pm, add comment, or email me! jayjohnst240@gmail.com

Thanks to all who commented on this post! Was a great help for my install!
