If you do lots of nighttime driving (like myself) skip spending the $200ish on the ebay projectors (the light output is worse than stock headlights) and retrofit your own.

Yes, it will cost more (Around $320 all together for mine) but the light is absolutely amazing. You will not regret it. From start to finish, it took me less than 10hours, my first time.

I have no problems with My spyders and they are a huge upgrade over stock.

Quick video on my phone. Lights off
    HID fogs in stock housin
then low beams (Mini H1's, 5000k) and fogs,
then high beams (Mini H1's 5000k with shield lifted)
    and back off.

I'll try and get a better video, but the high beams are amazing on the country roads around here.

Those aren't aimed correctly. The steps in the lights are wrong. You'd get a wider beam if they were aimed right. The problem with those is with them being one solid piece. You might get them aimed right but they'll look all jacked up I guarantee it.

*EDIT* and to answer the original question... retrofits and if you don't want to spend the money just do hids in the stock housings. I've done 2 retrofits now though and they really aren't that hard. Do a ton of reading and looking at pictures beforehand and you'll be fine.

i know, my car was backed into and the light took the hit, broke the bracket and i zip tied them up and havent cared to aim them till i fix the foglight relay.

the people that say these headlights sucks worse than stock are complete IDIOTS. ran stock couldnt see people on the side of the road until I almost ran them over. ran hids in oem housing, run sonars now. Sonar are more FOCUSED than HID in oem. Visually Id say hid and hid projector are the same, prob the projector is better because of the more focused beam and not all over. Love mine, wont change it
