Ok i have the all digital dual climate control in my 99 gtp. No matter what setting its on (feet, defrost, etc) it always blows out of all the vents. I have never dealt with something like this before so any suggestions would be helpful.

the pump part in this pic is the part the controls the air flow, its vacuum operated. one of the vac lines atop of the sc powers it. check that the vac line is on and not cracked, it leads back to the fire wall. then to these 2 pumps, one on each side of the dash. that thin line off the top of it is the vac line.
the part furthest to the right.

not sure where the line gets into the car, but that line on the sc gives it vac.
take your glove box door off and look hard tot he left, thats where the pump is. theres a tube coming off it, thats the line form outside somehow. it splits into 2.
http://www.grandprixforums.net/blend...ent-21941.html this shows you how to get to these pumps, they are talking about fix the blend door actuator, you want the pump, the round part.
if you have some vac tubing laying around, take the line off the vac pump, put the new vac line on, and suck, and or blow into the vac line, see if the controls work, that lever should move up and down, or in and out of the pump if you will.
you can also start the car and see if there any suction from the cars vac line.
Or you can disconnect that same vac line in the engine bay, it goes over the passenger strut tower. I just put my finger on and off the end of it and it made things work again- something was clogged.
if you do take that vac hose off the tree on top of the sc, cut it off, ( used a sharp razor) then replace it with a 2 inch piece of vac line.
one or the others going to break, either the line, or the tree, i bet they dont even charge you for 2 inches of vac line at the parts store.
its the same material as the T's, they break. like i said if they charge you for the 2 inches of tubing, id be very surprised. break the tree and your off to a dealer for a new one.
see all the tubes have a lump in them, when you pull the line out of the factory tube, it splits. or you break the tree cause its also got a flared tube.
see the small vac line and that bulge, they all have that, i just didnt push the new line past it.
this pic you can kinda tell thats a new piece of vac line on the line that run to the fender the small rear line on on the tree.

yup, just dont push down hard on the tree when cutting, the tube is off the ground so to say, so support it and cut nice and easy, once its cut through it slides right off. pain less. spit on the new line, slide it on. good old dude lube strikes again.......
sharp blade is key.
ok i got up under the dash today and looked at both of the actuators... they both have everything hooked up and looks to be in good condition... i started the car and turned the heat on and changed modes and the actuators did nothing.. what could be the cause of this?
pull the vac line off the vac pumps there, and start the car see if the tube sucks.
the climate control must tell something else to suck or not on that line, so change the air flow ( floor, to vent to defrost) while feeling for the tub to suck.
that may be a factor. open the hood, look down pretty much dead center by the rad and bumper theres a sensor mounted to some metal there, its a dealer only part as far as i know. i know it will mix up the a/c and it wont work right if it bad. maybe the same is for the heat?
if its broke fix it, go from there i guess.
