Thread: Car won't enter programming mode. Please help!

Hey guys so bought a replacement key fob for my keyless entry after the old one fried. I've done this previously so I know how to program it myself but the issue is that I cannot get my grand prix to enter it's programming mode. Any suggestions? I have a 2000 GP GT.

Yes. I've followed directions for programming exaclty but for some reason this time I'm gettin no response after removing the fuse and turning the key to ACC then off and back to ACC in less than a second as described in directions. Thanks for the response btw.
