F&%*, I just typed a fricken paragraph and my computer BSOD'd on me >

Basically I typed, I have double runs of 2 AWG for the big 3, crimped and soldered, all clean metal, the ground for the engine I skipped and went straight from the alternator casing to the chassis. It helped but my lights still dim from a 900 watt rms Kenwood amp, maybe the 8405, but not sure on the model. Is it inefficient?

Maybe my stock alternator is just dying, but I can't think of anything else to try at this point except put in a bigger one.

I checked out both of those sites too, mechman only had a 270A (way more than I need) for like $400, and iraggi doesn't have any alternators for Pontiac cars, just trucks, vans, and suv's.

Thanks for the responses regardless, I'm still very happy I have experienced adiophiles helping me with this irritating issue
