Searched for this and didn't see anything so unless my searching ability lacks I need some opinions.

Is there anyway to hook up a small amp and sub off the Bose amp in the trunk and retain the rear speakers still? Not looking to install an aftermarket radio.

Yea if your amp has an high input use that, unless go to best walmart where ever you can get cheap parts and get an line output to RCA adapter, easy to hookup just positive and negative Hookups and ground the ground and your good. Make sure you hook it up to the subs in the rear deck and not the highs. As for getting power I would just run a remote from fuse box and normal battery power cable and ground

You probably won't be able to run anything really big. Are you just wanting to use one sub?

Line output converter or purchase an amp that has one built in.

Nothing over 300W coupled to a 10 inch single voice coil.
