Oh how I wish I had the money for a legitimate oscilloscope. ): I know you can make them for a much smaller amount of money though, but I doubt it would have the precision of a real one.

I bet an audio shop would let you tune with theirs for a few bucks. Never hurts to ask, anyway.

Finished my upgrade, wound up using double strands of 4 gauge (I have like, 100 feet of it sitting around) for:
    Alternator to Batt +
Alternator to Chassis (bolted right to the casing)
    Battery - to Chassis

And for the hell of it upgraded the fusebox wire to a single strand of 4 gauge.

My subs hit a LOT louder, and now my headlights dim at 25-27 instead of 20 (out of 30 on my HU).

Now I just need to find a HO alternator somewhere for when I add two more amps, and **** is it hard...

Edit: Or if anyone has a better alternative I'd love to hear it, because I've read that HO alternators can die a bit quicker, and I plan on driving my GP for at least another 4-6 years.

^I did find this if anyone thinks this company is reputable, I e-mailed them asking about a warranty.
