So about 6 months ago I replaced my alternator and my car battery at the same time. I had feedback coming from the stock stereo when accelerating. It seemed to fix the problem for about 3 days then the sound came back. I tested all my wires from the battery to the alternator, starter, aux fuse box etc.. and they all seem fine. Now when I start my car in the morning the low battery light stays on for a couple minutes and all the electrical is dim. then it goes away and everything is fine. If i let the car sit for 2 or 3 days, i have some trouble turning over. You're prolly thinking its some kind of battery drain when the car isn't running... its not. the voltmeter doesn't show any current being drawn when the car isn't running. I had the battery tested Saturday and was told it was faulty so I replaced it. No changes. had the alternator tested, it tests fine. What have I missed? Still have amp noise and low battery light. Its a 2002 GTP 3.8l S\C

I had the same problem. I have a lot of electrical stuff in my car like LED underglow. big amp for 2 15s and led pods for the interior. One night i left the underglwo on too long and my battery died. everytime i would jump it and let it run it would die. I think jumped it and let it run for 2 hours. When i turned on the radio it made a loud buzz noise like you are saying you have and when i accelerated it got louder. I took the car home and hooked it up to a battery charger for about 4 hours and now everything is ok. SO the only thing i can think of trying is to recharge your system completly. Has your battery died recently?
