I bought my gp from A rycer. He had a pillar gauge with jdm guages. I want to remove them but I'm not sure how. I'm pretty good mechanically. but electronically, I got a negative IQ. Can someone please explain how to remove them? They're fed through the dash so I already know I have to pull that.

I'm assuing its an A pillar gauge, just pull the pod out. it should just have clips holding it in.

You shouldn't need to pull the dash to remove the wiring.

if you are electrically dumb and dont want to screw anything up then cap off all the wires individually and tuck them up somewhere.

besides the air/fuel gauge, the others are useful. id swap the air/fuel for something else and leave them there.

Well there's a couple reasons I want to get rid of the gauges. One, the pod is an eye sore cause its warped. Two, the background says jdm in big highlighted colors. Last reason, the boost gauge says turbo right underneath the jdm logo.

I kinda wanna keep the boost and air/fuel. So I'm considering getting a dual gauge pod and switching out the gauges so they aren't import gauges. Then getting rid of the oil temp gauge all together
