    New 98 GTP owner.
I know there is a security code for the radio.
The owner I got the car from doesn't know the code---never had to use it.
How do you retrieve the code BEFORE you need to use the code?
I've seen the thread about getting the code AFTER you lock up the radio.
Is there a button sequence to display the code BEFORE you lock up the radio--battery disconnect etc????

not with out a diagnostics machine.
"well we can spend 1000s throwing parts in it and hope that fixes the problem or we can diag it correctly and change the .50 cent fuse...lets ask the owner what he wants to do" --Walt R.--
