    ok well was bored today so i decided to check out the factory component sets in my doors,there the AC delco ones..apperantly my car wasnt cool enough for the good upgrade lol but anyway i checked and it seems the tweeter is wired to the mid-bass thru a plug that comes from the HU/wiring. soo how would i go about using the factory wiring to install my 5.25s??,if there is a how to already just link me plz..and btw this is one of the only occasions were gm hasnt bombed with thier speakers,these actually sound decent.

    well if its red n black like mine before i rewired the whole thing i just crimped in the lead that comes with most decent speakers , worked fine for 3 years

    The connector that connects to the 5.25" speaker in the lower part of the door just cut the connector off and crimp these guys on:

    or the fully insulated ones:


    They should slide right onto your new speakers.

    thanx guys,i'll attempt this once i get my aftermarket tweeter fixed,the neg wire popped off the solder -_-..and i no have solder stuff
    btw i just relized i coulda figured this out on my own if i had just thought bout it,i had to do this in another car i had...wow workin nights its makin me retarded i swear
