Almost finished setting up my stereo system. All I have left is to find a place where I can tap my reverse switch wire to the car. This is the wire at my head unit that automatically switches the video display to the reverse camera when I put the car in reverse. I know I can tap the green wire in the trunk, but im looking for a wire to tap in the dash or console area so I dont have to run a wire all the way back to the trunk. Any help would be great, thanks guys.

In that harness there will be a light green wire, that is the one you want to tap into for power.

I get what your saying about the green wire but I assumed that the reverse signal wire ran behind the dash at some location. I wanted to tap one of the wires under the dash so I wouldn't have to have wires under the carpet. Looks like I will have to tap the green wire in the door seal since I can't find a wire schematic of the reverse system. Thanks for the info given though

Finally got to this yesterday. Tapped the wire in the harness under the glovebox. Love the reverse camera since I can't see anything at dark with my windows tinted and taillights smoked. Thanks for the help guys
