Maybe someone can pop out their headunit to take a photo of the stock harness from each side, it might help.

seriously mikey, where do you get these?
Alright, so to make this simple, I went to a Junk yard, they cut the plugs off with about 4 or 5 inches of wire coming out of them so I Splice that to the current wiring harness. Now my problem is that there are 2 plugs and only one fits in the back of the stock radio. (the place gave me to.) one has 13 wires and the other has 15 wires. the one that has 13 is well a weirder shape, it has 20 holes on the bottome (a black plug) and on top it has 8 holes (a blue plug) and they are connected together on the sides and it looks like METRA 71-1858 The 71-series harnesses are designed to plug into the factory radio General Motors 1988-Up - Into OEM Radio Power and 4-Speaker 21-pin plug HARNESS; The other plug that has 15 wires has a black plug and a white plug (they are connected together as well) , they both are able to be pluged into the same female part of the stereo, but they both can not be pluged in at the same time to the stereo. any ideas!? (got both these plugs for 20$ so way better to buy them from the junk yard.)
alright so I dont need that then since this is a single CD stereo. alright and what if there are more wires then 15??
The car does not have an Amp in it atm, I have a set of 2 12inch subs (and an after market stereo) but im just gonna get the wiring harness that connects that to the stock plug. and yea for the time being its the stock OEM radio
alright thank you very much! so what do I do if there are a few wires of the same color? cause like I said when I counted the wires I saw inside the car there was 19, but with this harness there is only 15.
sweet thanks! its a big help, I got this harness all striped and this end of butt splices on after i eat fast (like 5mins) im a head out and see if I can get this to work.) hopefully I can.
well ill post back with any hick ups haha
alright only hick up... The harness is all connected, It powers on, I can put a cd and I can eject it. I can change the time, and I can see the clock moving even though the light on it is VERY dim. Only problem is that there is no sound not even static. And yes there are speekers in the car cause I can see them and everything. there is a bundle of 3 wires (taped together looks from factory) that are the same color as 3 of the wires that are in the plug. So Im unsure of what to do, there are 4 wires that are un used. AND there are 4 wires that are the exact same color that are wrong, so the problem could be there or due to the unsed wires. also im new to this car, as in have only had it for a few days, and there is no antenna sticking out, were is the antenna located, just want to make sure it has one.
There is an antenna. It is a small plug typ. It should be running from the top right side of the inner dash next to the glove box. You'll just have to fish around for it. The aftermarket radio in there before had to have it connected for it to work. Verify your speaker wire colors for each speaker and compare to the diagrams I sent you. Looks like you got a good start thou!
this seems like a lot of hassel for a radio, hope you get this figured out, im still lost as to why she cut the wires when it was just plug and play anywaythe only splicing you do is from the deck to the aftermarket harness...wtf
i bet, i usually leave the harness when i steal radios, i mean i agree
