I need to replace my factory speakers soon.I need to know what are the biggest speakers I can use for the front and back? Right now both my right speakers are crackling, ready to go. Also, how difficult is it to change them out?

the front speaker are 5 3/4in and the rear are 6x9's. you can put 6 1/2's in the front (there is a thread on here explaining how to) and keep the 6x9's in the rear.

as for brands i reccomend kicker, pioneer, memphis, and polk for good sound quality

never use the words "good" and "sound quality" together if you're just replacing stock speakers with aftermarket ones...

    DECENT sure, but never good.

I'm saying to get good sound, you have to change the install up.

Never said aftermarket speakers don't sound good.

But I will say 95% of them are overpriced for what you're getting.

i see... i agree that they are overpriced. i picked up a pair of refurbished kicker 6x9s that when new retail for $150, which is ridiculous...but i got them both for $70 out the door which is more like it
