I like being up front about people wasting money.
People do it ALL the time when it comes to modding your engine since then... if you do it wrong, it blows up and everyone says "I told you so".

how did you SERIOUSLY need more than 105 amps?
I got by just fine... 126 dB on my meter and I was pretty damned happy with the results.
The amp he has would drop the voltage to like 9 volts and shut the deck and the amp off as soon as the bass hits. He has an alpine m-2000 but is going to be doing two of those and 2 btl 18's in a few weeks...
maybe he should look for an amp that has a better power supply design and rail design.
haha... yea the batteries are a waste.... even more of a waste when they sit in the basement forever..... I used to use them on my truck that had a snow plow on it... it was an electric pump and pulled a crap load of amps.... so, it was all greatly usefull then.... but, since its laying around i figure I might as well use it.... this way I don't have to buy an expensive cap... cuz that car battery under the hood won't support the amount of power my amps are going to pull without making the headlights and other components dim with every beat.
Um no dude, you need a high output alternator or like pictured above, two alternators.
