1. find pull tabs under rear seat. one on each side pull them and remove cushon part.
2. unbolt all seat belts and bolts that hold the back rest in place and once you get those off push up and pull back.
3. There are plastic retainers that hold the back deck on. either you can figure out how to remove them or just rip the back deck off of them. I ripped mine off and it doesnt cause a problem because when you bolt the seat back on it holds the deck in place. remove the deck.
4. take out the 4 factory screws that hold the old speakers in and remove stock speakers.
5. cut the clips off the wires from the stock speakers and strip wires.
6. twist positive/negative wires around the metal connectors on the speakers and electrical tape them to the metal posts on the speakers where the wires are.
7. using the factory screws, screw the new 6x9s back into place. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN (you could snap a screw head off and your speakers will sound awful like i did) but make sure they are firmly secured into place.
8. Test your speakers to see if they work.
9. If they work, its time to put everything back together, start by putting the rear deck back on, making sure the 3rd brake light in the rear window is not covered and the deck is on the right place like it should be.
10. take the back rest of the rear seat and line up those pegs in the back with the holes in the back, and push down and back.
11. screw back on all the seat belts and the bolts that hold the back rest on
12. tuck the bottem cushon part under the back rest and pull the seatbelts thru the holes where they go and the buckles, then snap the bottem cushon back in and your done. It sounds alot scarier than it really is. Not hard if you have the right tools and good luck =)
