You can't get something for nothing. In this case...it's audio. If you want something decent it's like everything else, research. There's no silver platter in this game. Car Audio = trial & error
Just because of a steering wheel adapter? Maybe I misunderstood? The Alpine 9887 is probably the best bang for buck if you ever decide you'd like to grow into the hobby. Otherwise, grab whatever makes you happy.i would like to keep my stock head unit so i dont have to buy an steering adapter.
Physiscs plays a big role in reproducing sound waves. If the speaker isn't large enough, then how will it appropriately create those giant sound waves our "subs" produce?stock speakers are good but if you turn them up with the bass above -4 on the EQ they sounds like crap.
If your only goal is to have better bass then no. Keep stock speakers. Get a Line Output Converter to an amp and sub in the trunk.so i need new speakers and i want some bass.
Again, the stock head unit will push speakers fine for your needs. It's easier to upgrade than downgrade.but the stock head unit does not push the power after market speakers need. so what to do there?
and i could just buy a sub and amp but a guy told me that the normal door and deck speakers will all be hooked up together so if i want good sub bass i would blow the normal speakers.
That guy is an idiot. Get a second opinion.
so i need some help. i have a small budge but i want good stuff so if it means waiting i will. i just dont know what to get.
thanks so much!
Tell us how much money you want to spend. One more thing; if you don't wanna do the research what's the point in asking questions? Questions just lead to more questions. Check out my sig links. Don't be a follower either. Use those links for ideas and inspiration. Some of those kids on DIYMA and GPONA really don't have a clue.
