I Started by taking the door pannel off and taking a mould

Then I make rings and boxes to house the sspeaker crossover and tweeter

Test fitting the mould into the door first look at the angles.

I tried putting GTP on it but i thought it looked bad.

    The final product mounted

It Sounds good There is dinomat on doors and all the speakers are amped up to 100 watts RMS so it bumps and is crystal clear. I love it alot more than my factory Bose.

basically i went from like 250 watts to 400 watts

yeah, that's good man. what kind of component speakers are those? most 6.5 are rated 60 rms, but doesn't mean they can't handle more.

Nice man, i should have looked for better 6.5 before making a switch to 6 by 9's. Money is limited however, I wish i had the time to try a mould like that, Looks great!

hahaha, funny story, i was just looking at 8" mid range today, Ones that hit crazy highs with little excursion. they can handle the power too. Only problem is space in the doors.

Build a box coming into the cabin off of the door. Not like anything uses that space anyways.
