I would love to replace the stock stereo in the console, with a Kenwood DPX501BT. The website says itl fit my car. Im slightly worried because ive been told I may need an audio technician for it to work properly. Just wondering if I can put it in myself with no problems, or is it harder than it looks?

2008 with stock speakers. Believe it or not, I love the current quality of my sound system, pretty sure its stock. Double and no amp. I would like to keep the wheel controls but I can live without. I just want to know how complicated itl be. Ive seen how to put it on, but is that it?

I did it in my 2008 GXP, it was pretty easy as far as things go. Mine has the Monsoon system, so it could be different than yours. This thread has some part numbers for the pieces I used, yours could be different without the Monsoon so do some research on Crutchfield before purchasing anything then make your purchases wherever you find them the cheapest.
