ive got a 5.3 in my tahoe, so not exactly the same set up, but my vac line from the top of the intake goes to a valve cover's pcv valve. its where you would install a catch can. between that line.
that other line looks fat enough to be evap related. im not even sure where im looking either in that pic.

It doesn't go into a valve cover, it's in the valley between them. The second picture is below and to the left of the throttle body.
