i literally have the same mods as you listed and car runs like a beast...of course i have 60#injectors, intercooler and e85 with a in car tune. im on a 3.1. i dropped down to a 2.9 than i got alot of belt slippage so i threw the 3.1 back on. youre definitely on the right path
