Took the car out for a quick scan before the headers/dp/rocker/pulley install and for the most part all looks good. . . except when I convert the kPa to psi it says I'm hitting anywhere from 15-20lbs of boost on an other wise stockish car. Am I reading this incorrect or should I be looking for a vacuum leak??

Just thinking, if I remove 14.7 from those numbers than my boost levels would be correct. . . . Solved?

Still sounds high for stock. Running 2.8 pulley and I'm getting !4 to 15#s.

How much KPA are you seeing?

I just take the number above 100 because 0-100 kpa is not in "boost" yet. So like 145, just take the 45 and thats 6.5ish psi.

Yep anywhere from 145-165 KPA when WOT, doing your math makes sense and puts my boost amount in normal spec for its current mods. Thanks sir!

you're reading manifold Absolute pressure (relative to zero pressure absolute, like deep space) not gage pressure (relative to ambient barometer). so you have to subtract the baro reading (i.e. the "normal" air pressure)
