Sorry to sound like a noob, but I am stuck.

After owning my 03 GTP, for 10 years I started to replace some needed parts with upgrades.

Currently I have a homemade Fenderwell CAI
    2.5 ZZP downpipe
2.5 ZZP stainless exhaust with Dynomax Sonic Turbo's (I did not like the ZZP mufflers the drone at 65mph was unbearable)
I replaced the Suspension New Struts , Dorman Front Sway and GMPP Rear Sway, all new Moog Links and New Lower control arms and ZZP Trailing arms.

I purchased a Scan Tool to check on KR ad to monitor, going forward.

I have been doing searches and the Safely Modding Thread. So in my plan next was PLOG , Upper Motor mount bushings then a tune.

    Here is dilemma,

Just Recently I was getting some pinging and I realized I need to swap the plugs to Copper, I threw a Oxygen Sensor code on sensor two but I think that happened because of it running rich , maybe? the Wires are new and the plugs are Autolites 606 Iridiums.
So switching the plugs my Pinging went away but now I noticed a noise in the Supercharger Snout...kind of bad only at idle.
So do i Replace the Snout and drop the pulley to either 3.6 or 3.5 while I get a rebuild ? ZZP can stick the pulley system on and save the trouble of getting a puller. Then the Plog and then Tune, or do the reverse?
If I am doing to start modding the engine I would rather start with no issues. I maintained the car with Mobil One it's whole life with all proper maintenance intervals met including the supercharger oil changes at every10k.
My Goal is to have a reliable Daily Driver around 300 hp by the time I"m finished but want to do it "safely" and in stages.

Opinions, advice and questions are all encouraged.

    Thanks in advance

coupler has nothing to do with the pulley drop.

vid of how to change it, normal sockets is all you need.

you need a pulley puller for a sc pulley to get your stock pulley off. same puller also puts the new one back on. nothing else will work.

Headers will give you more gains over a plog and down pipe if you want to reach 300hp. Speed Daddy headers go for $220 shipped.

yeah, I'm kicking myself on that. (Headers) I was in one of those situations where I had rust in the U-Bend and the cat was shot, I made a snap decision on the Downpipe. On another note, i was trying to do some troubleshooting today Confirmed the coupler, I replaced the wires with AC Delcos and runs good now but I took it on a quick spin and I noticed that from a Dead Stop when Accelerating I hear/Feel a "clunk" (best way to describe) only from a dead stop and not in reverse (I backed out of the driveway and did not hear it). I am guess maybe the CV axle(s), does not sound like a Wheel bearing also the steering has some play in it and the sound sometimes although faint happens when the I turn the wheel to the right? Either Bearings, Axles or Steering, any help is greatly appreciated!
