Really? Damn, going 3.5 to 3.2 my belt is nowhere near tight enough, and that's less of a change than stock to 3.4. 3.2 belt won't even fit over the 3.5.

the stock belts not as tight as when the stock pulley was on, but it holds fine.

Then I stand corrected. It's probably my Uber horsepowerz that was causing my slip, the stickers man. My GTP had comp cams, sparkplugs.com, AND K&N stickers on it. All installed under the hood for even more gains, that was probably my problem.

stickers will do that all the time lol

your belt maybe old and worn out, that will let it slip.

To the op, 103's are way to cold for a 3.4. 104's or bust

I bet you have a faulty coil. Try putting some dielectric grease between your coils and icm. If you can scan for misfires it would lead you to the bad coil. If your wires are old change them to. Al104s but tighten up the gap to around 45.

Duuuuuude, I saw that turbo sticker, but I was like naaaaaaaw I need this trans to hold up a while, lol. Need to save up for a TEP sticker first.

103's way too cold for your setup, do 104's and run the widest gap the car will let you.

spark plug spark being blown out pretty much.

try opening the gap to .50 .... 45 is kinda small.

you dont want to hear this, but its best to play with the gaps and see what feels best. i went through two set of different heat range plugs, gaped em both sets at 60,55 53 and 50 seeing what felt best. 104's won at 0.50.

so i had the plugs in and out a lot over a few days time. with headers and all the pull brackets removed i dont even rock the engine to get the rear plugs out no more. can swap em in like 10 to 15 minutes.

and you really need a down pipe and plog or a set of headers for that 3.4. that could be the whole issue still.

get the t app yet? i bet its slammed with KR.

the dp will help some. try to find a plog if you can.

id keep out of boost till you can scan it. lots of KR = chipped pistons.

im on a 3.4 and 1.95 rockers and headers and had a hard time getting rid of the kr. had 4.8* on the stock tune. zzp tunes are not the best out there either. most learn to hate it.

Last time i was having a misfire at wot it was my icm. Thats why i was saying if you can scan for misfires and their all over the place a wot its probably your icm. If its one or two cylinders all the time it might be those cylinders coil.then again ive had misfires at wot because my plugs had to many miles on them. Spark blow out happens at the higher rpms like 5k and above. If it is bad enough you can feel but most of the time you wont notice it. I didnt till I got mine on the dyno and saw it on the graph. Just for reference im running a 3.0 pulley getting around 11.5 psi and im running Al103s at 35 and i change my plugs every 6000 miles.
