you would need more information then that. the info for the hot side should be stamped on the exit flange face of the housing. you can pull the compressor cover and measure the inducer and exducer size of the compressor wheel if you want to know how big it is. they use the t04e compressor cover(what you have) on turbos all the way from 58mm to 67mm is the biggest i have seen. after that they jump up to t04S covers. which are .70a/r and 4 inch in and 2.5 inch out.
inducer size is the diameter of the wheel on the inlet side and exducer size is the diameter of the wheel at its back. if you measure the size of the inducer that is generally what people refer to when they are talking about turbo size. ie 61mm,67mm etc. trim or (Exducer^2/inducer^2)*100 is also an important measurement but is generally only useful when talking about turbine size.
since generally most people run 70+mm when they twin charge. its probably a pretty good guess that it is too small for a twin setup.
