About the same as running a tank full of race fuel (100+ octane) every time. You'll kill any knock you have so you'll gain back any timing lost from that.
The best part about running E85 is that you can drop pulley sizes. If you're stock, then you're missing half the point.

Get some headers or at least a downpipe and plog, an MPS, and switch to E85. Then you'll be in business.

That's my goal. I got the #42 injectors last week and i'm gonna do rockers sometime in December. Hoping for 3.2 and no knock. Running a 3.5 now.

if i put on e85 i would definitely be dropping a few pulley sizes, i would guess a 3.4 would be doable on e85.
with rockers headers and a 3.2 on e85 im guessing thats low to mid 13s?

I would say that you'd have a solid upper 13 second car.

42's would be plenty for that.

I ran my 42's pretty ragged on pump gas on a 3.0"...

So on corn I'd be just double checking is all...but a 3.2" should be fine if you're not really pushing it that hard.

Since we're talking e85. What is best pump for e85, 60#'s and 2.8 pulley? I'm currently running 42# on stick pump with a 3.0 pulley.

255/Racetronix rewire setup will be just fine. I used that combo + 95# injectors for my turbo setup to 529whp before I went a different route on fuel supply.
If I had tuned more for better AFR and had a BAP, could have gotten a bit more out of it.

we ran our racetronix 255 down to 13.6 to 1 afr at 600whp 18psi/5500rpm with e85...stock "ported" lines/quick connects.

took an 044 inline to fix the fuel starvation....then we broke the IS at 22psi Fuuuuuuuuuq

anything over 500whp is time for a better fuel pump

My buddy moved to Arizona and doesn't have much access to e85, so he's stuck using race fuel.
