Lately I bought a set of used 42.5lb injectors from a seller on the other wbody forum. The info were it was originally purchased from wbs store and flowmatched by DeatschWerks, they're EV1 connectors FWIW. When I got them each one were labeled 1-6 which I imagine the original owner labeled them for each cylinder. Anyways I installed them and when I went to check for leaks via priming the fuel rails, I noticed the one labeled “6” leaked at the area right between the injector itself as it was sealed tightly between the injector and the fuel rail and seated in the head. Below/attaqched is a pic of where I noticed fuel was leaking. I already contacted the seller on Saturday but no response yet :-\

Is the injector repairable? If so I might as well get them all repaired just in case.

paypal dispute? these injectors are pretty easy to find. I don't know if it would be worth the hassle just pick up another set, as sucky as that seems its prolly the easiest and least pain in the ass.

Were these sold as-is? If not, you may want to contact the seller and see if he's willing to be reasonable.

So this is the response i got from a rep for the injectors
"Unfortunately, that is more than likely a very old set of DW injectors.

I did speak with one of my techs, and he did state that leaking from the point you circled is not uncommon and is not repairable.

At this time, that injector has be superseded at least a few times and we would not have a replacement available in inventory.

The part number we available that should be a close replacement is linked below.

    Kind Regards"
