Mods installed on the car are:
    Zzp 3 0 modular pulley
Zzp 2.5" Liquid to air intercooler
    Machined gen 3 LIM
    Cold air intake
    Ubend delete
    Voltage booster
    Alternator rewire
    Autolite 103s
    10.5mm wires
    Summit racing 40000 v coils

    UPDATE:
Mods getting ready to be put in:
    Stage 3 heads
    42.5 injectors- Installed!
36 GPM intercooler pump from harbor freight
    Intense stage 2 cam
    Ls7 lifters
    Pacesetter ceramic coated headers
    Catback 2.5" Exhaust
ZZP 1.0 tune for 42.5 injectors and the stock maf sensor

With these new items is it possible to get into the neighborhood of 400 WHP on the m90 maybe drop the pulley to 2.8"?

I have 42# injectors on the way. I am trying to get either an xp hot cam or 1.9 rockers. I am open to any and all suggestions. Ive had serious KR problems and problems running lean I have had some minor scarring on CH 1 on the cylinder closest to the fender well on the paasenger side.

You wont reach 400 whp on a supercharger setup easy.

Not without doing a super duper tiny pulley, big intercooler and some meth or nitrous.

    Go turbo for 400+ whp.

400whp at the wheels or crank.. Either way your going to need some more work probably e85, big cam and some head work and you'll be maxing out the eaton to do so...turbo in the other hand much more doable

Is that ZZP Intercooler that sits underneath the m90 still useable with a turbo kit?

On a real dyno (SAE corrected/dynojet) xp/full size ic/e85/headers/stage 2 heads/2.6 pulley/etc, etc, etc... made 348whp. (356 STD corrected, the wbody scene feel good correction factor)

So yeah... good luck with that :-p

Im trying to track down heads and a cam. Is it possible to piece a turbo kit together or is it more cost effective to buy one?

The intercooler for the m90 is water-to-air, you want to go air-to-air intercooler when you go turbo. So no it is not, best bet is to sell it to fund the turbo.

E85 is a 85% ethanol fuel, has the effect of a really high octance fuel, allows you to advance timing further and get some more power...among other things (simple explanation, it does more than that)

If you know exactly what you're doing then fabbing up your own kit will save you a bunch.
That's what I did and I still spent right around $2000 on JUST the turbo stuff.

That doesn't include injectors, tune, and fuel pump.
Also your trans will eventually break.

Many used kits pop up in the for sale section for a decent price, take a look.

More power means you put more stress on the weak link which is the transmission.

Where in VA are you? Im in Arlington...... AND im on E85 it is doable around here HOWEVER there is only ONE station that has E85 and its out on Wisconsin Ave. If your not around the DMV metro area good luck finding it ......... Ive tried!!!

    Ive got 330whp/400wtq

    S1X cam, E85, 60# injectors, Gen5 supercharger, headers.

Not a very long list of mods but with the trans in the car if your near by I'd like to meet up and check out your ride too. Not many Wbody guys around here.

Me personally anything that requires an expensive IC setup or a set of ported heads on a SC car is still going to be really really hard to crack 400WHP!!!
IF your hell bent on reaching 400whp turbo hands down don't ever waste your timing doing an IC or heads on SC Setup........

Ask around the forums and ask jayroca member on here what he thinks of my car........
He is currently in the process of ditching his IC setup and switching to E85!

As the previous owner of my cars said it best "The little E85 car that could changed his mind......." Quoted GMRBADASS aka Greg.

Again if your around the DMV im willing to help have HPtuner and pulley puller also just a FYI

Edit: 330whp/400wtq is enough to piss of a few rich dudes around here just sayin........ Not to mention the setup in my car would be pretty cheap to duplicate. Stock heads Stock bottom end, NO IC!

Nitrous and a cam should put you at 400 from where you're at without a problem.

Zex kit chillin in the closet..... If I can man up and spray this car before the summer is over at Maryland International Raceway. With a 75 shot id hope to crack 11s and be over the 400whp mark along with damn close 500wtq mark.

Need to get the HPtuners on and see what the duty cycle looks like on the 60#ers on E85 first.
