Can you grab it with a vise grips at all??

I'd heat the thing with a torch or a map gas handheld and grip it and twist it out. Or weld a nut on the end through the center of the nut and use a socket wrench to remove it.

The end of the bolt where the the thread meets is broke so there is no way of me getting it out I just want to see if I take out the 2 flexplate bolts and slightly pull the engine out will it be ok

If the bolt is stuck in the torque conveter and you can get the other 2 out, you should be able to get the motor away from the trans and lifted out. I dont think the flex plate has threads for the bolts.

what he said ^^^^ then you can drill the old bolt and use a easy out to remove it, heat would be your best friend too.
