    Update Ok so I found that my tps and maf harness is f**k my question is could I cut a harness off of a 2003 gtp for maf and tps connections and just splice or I cant here is a pic of the maf connection could I just splice into my maf wiring? Same would apply for my tps

    If you're going to splice, do it proper and solder it in with shrink tube to cover it. It'll be a much more stable repair.

    Thanks do you know if the 03 maf harness is different from the 97 n af connection thats my biggest concern

    I'll take your word for it lol any way to check for ground and power in the maf harness? Could I use my tester while the car is on and check my maf harness?

    You should be able to if you have a DMM and a wiring diagram.

    You'll check all three wires...one should be a ground, a reference voltage, and a signal. I can't remember if the MAF gets 12v from the battery or 5v from the computer.

    Ok i'll check all connections could I use spray like battery cleaner of some sort on the wires?

    Could my Tps make my maf code come? I did a test with my maf and everything is fine with my connections but my tps harness power slowly fades thru my dmm and I checked also with a 12 6v volt tester I have should I replace that harness with a new one? I have a extra tps harness laying around
