Hrm....I'm unsure if the PCV is drilled differently between the cores. Though to get it working correctly you should drill the LIM so that it matches the IC core PCV hole, plug the nipple, and have the front VC/oil cap/LIM tapped and run a vacuum line to the intake between the MAF and butterfly.
Yeah it's hard to say, I've been double checking n reading up on all this the last few days, I drilled n tapped a hose barb in the front of the lim n running
then today, I noticed that back right hole didn't match with my rear pcv, the core has the hole then milled inside n goes over an inch or so and has a different hole coming out so I drilled this to retain the rear pcv.
its harder to say though since yours is the gen 3 core and the older wbs, or thrasher or w.e it is. You just gotta look thru and see which holes you have and don't have on both the core and your lim.
What I would do (and I know it sucks) is take the blower and IC core off, clean all the RTV off, and use something to make a circle around the PCV hole in the IC core (lipstick works great) and set the IC core on the LIM. That'll show where to drill for the PCV to get the rear operational.
I'll see about doing that tonight. It'll only take about an hour or so.
Run your finger inside the PCV opening and see if that oil/moisture mixture is the same as that mess by the EGR hole. If so, my guess is that the rear PCV is block and causing excess pressure, and it's escaping through there.

Hrmm...well the PCV lines up from the SC to the IC core, but does the IC core PCV line up to the LIM PCV??
Yeah, show the bottom of the ic core..look at holes to see lined up. I thought since mine had the holes thru the ic on the top and bottom I was okay, until I found out the we're positioned differently and milled thru the middle of the core and slightly positioned. Hence I drilled thru the lim to create passageways.
The 2 holes line up the whole way through. I found a little oil there before I did the install bit didn't think anything of it. It's also been burning a little oil on each start up. So my rear pcv is probably clogged? Can I just pull my rear valve covert and see?
I wouldn't know man so I couldn't tell ya about all that. I have no clue how it'd get like that.
No egr. It's been gone for a long time.
Which intercooler? BBK ????e.. Do you have pictures of just intercooler or better pictures.
It looks like the intercooler PCV holes are drilled straight through If that is the case you may not have to do anything for the PCV. It will work like stock.
Not sure if the make of the ic. I've been told it's like the old wbs. I'll post better pics tomorrow. The pcv port runs into the rear head right? So I should be able to pull the rear vc and clear whatever is blocking it?
No, there's nothing in the head/VC that would "block it" it's a series of passageways that allow fresh air in and out of the crank case. Basically, as long as the BOTTOM of the IC Core PCV hole lines up with the LIM PCV hole, you're golden.
As far as the oily ****, my guess is contaminated oil from improper PCV operation.
So the pcv valve in the sc might not be working Right?
