I'm having problems with my car after my ic install. I think i have a vacuum leak but can't find it anywhere. I'm using a gen 3 ic core and gen v supercharger.

Did you use gaskets or RTV?
rtv
How long did it sit and are you 100% positive you didn't move anything and set it down perfectly straight? Ask me how I know...:/
I know it's all good because i had to pull it back off and fix a coolant leak. I used threaded rod so it just sit right down straight. I left it sit for about 1-2 hours before i torqued it down.
Where was your coolant leak at?

At the 2 spots I didn't block off good enough.
You let it sit before torquing? I torque then wait a day. Never had a leak that way. Your way I have though because the RTV doesn't want to sit flat. May or may not be the issue. I also use UltraGrey...that stuff might as well be liquid aluminum as far as I'm concerned.
I used copper rtv. I waited to start it until the following day. I finger tightened the bolts with a socket then waited a little bit then torqued down after a while.
Is it the hole in your oil cap?
I do have a hole in the oil neck.
What makes you think you have a vacuum leak? Pegged fuel trims and low vacuum??
I've never let RTV sit before torquing. I have always put it on, torqued it, then let it sit for 6+ hours.
I'm not sure it's a vacuum leak for sure. Ft's are fine. Does the rear pcv need to be vented if i have a homemade breather on the front? It'll randomly cut out while accelerating and run really lean when getting on it then randomly peg out my wb rich at WOT.
Whats your vacuum at idle?
Usually a vacuum leak will cause your trims to be off at idle, I had a small leak and was always +16.4 LTFT, though driving they were fine.
Did you drop pulley sizes yet or change the tune any?
How is your rear PCV setup? Drilled the LIM for the core to match up and capped the nipple on the Gen V?
I didn't drill the LIM for the rear pcv but I did cap the nipple. Didn't drop pulley or change the tune either. I have my Icm shimmed up would that cause it to not work right? I show no misfires at all.
Take off the oil cap n put your hand up to it with the car running, see if it sucks it. If it does, you'll need to route a pcv passage a believe.
pcv I don't think will work right since I'm running a gen 3 core on a gen v
Hmm then you prob gotta figure out a way to run all that. Here's something I've dug up. I'm trying to figure all this out right now too because I don't wanna have problems after I put my ic on.
