Using an Elm327, and a Windows Phone, I have an app that allows me to see ignition timing, but haven't found one yet that actually shows KR.
Question is, is there a way to see if I'm getting KR? I know that when I step on the gas heavy, that my timing decreases, but I understand that it's supposed to decrease when under boost?

Long story short, Is there a way to tell if I'm effectively eliminating my Knock Reduction by just monitoring the ignition timing?

unless you know what exactly the timing should be, then no. if you are just able to only scan timing it will not show you much. timing decreases as rpm increase and also decreases as air flow increase. temp and commanded air fuel will also effect your commanded timing. there are many different tables that effect timing. with the minimal data you are seeing it will be basically impossible to calculate if you actually are seeing KR.

I am in the daytona area. if you need help learning to tuning or data logging you can swing by some time. if you want tuning PM me.

I've tried two. OBD Auto Doctor, and AutoDash. I like AutoDash's interface better, but Auto Doctor gives a lot of info, just neither of them do KR. Hoping to influence Auto Doctor.

Find a used cheap Android phone (with wifi) and get the Torque App. It will display KR but you will have to set it up. YouTube vid showed me how.

There is an app in the App Store called Rev iirc, it costs something like $30 and I guess its not that great of an app, at least back when I last looked at it anyway.
