Yesterday I went down and picked up a m90, tb, and lim for a trade on some old rims. Got it home and noticed the pulley won't turn, took the nose off and the nose spin freely but the rotors are jammed, pulled the rotors out of the housing and tried to get then to turn but no luck, can this be fixed or do I have to get all new internals for the charger or can the rotors be seperated from the gears, etc. Any help would be appreciated

Not sure if it can be fixed or not but you can probably get a set of used rotors if it came down to that

If the bearings on the rotor plate are seized, it's a huge pain and usually not worthwhile. I have seen one guy pull them apart...I don't remember if he got it back togehter. Timing/alignment was a big thing.

Gen III rotors can be found easily and rather cheap.

Gen 3's are common and easy to find. Dtrick22 should have one or two that he'd be willing to sell.

    The Aussie did.

    Timing wasn't the big issue.

The issue is you have to damage the centre plate to get the bearings out.

At that point, you might as well have a new centre piece machined so you can change the bearings.
