    i have a p1200 and cylinder 2 misfire someone told my pcm might be bad where is it located i have a 97 gtp

    However I doubt you have a bad PCM. Don't know why someone would assume that.
    I bet you may have a bad injector. You can move the injector and see if the misfire follows it.

    Better yet, before you pull your fuel rail off and mess with injectors check your plug wires. Also when was the last time you changed plugs? Start easy and then go for the harder stuff... I had a misfire and it was because I had a dry rotted/cracked plug wire. I'd swap coil packs before I pulled the fuel rail off and swapped injectors, seems easier to me. But, cody's right, could be a fuel injector clogged.

    It could also be a bad coil pack.
