My motor went in my 2004 GTP. I have been looking for a new motor and have only found a couple from an 04. What other year L32's could I use?

What went bad in your engine? Are you pretty mechanically inclined? Why don't you want the "couple" 04s? I ask you because your engine is a L32 (04-08), however a l67 (97-03) block will work for you. If you do do your own work you have those options.![]()
the reason i didnt take those is they had higher miles on them but i saw a couple motors pulled from an 05 and an 06 with less than 40K. I'll admit im not the most mechanically inclined but i even talked to some friends of mine who work in a service shop at the GM dealership I work at and they werent sure so i figured i would come on here because their seems to be alot of knowledgable people on here.
Doesn't have one listed right now, but you could ask. I think at least 50 people on here would refer you to here. He is the best.

Good luck with your fixin!
P.S. You should sell your bike and put it into ur car!!![]()
Can't sell my bike its too much fun to ride. I got money to fix the car its just I need to take it to a real mechanic and have them look at it. I work at a GM dealership and I took it to one of our mechanics. Motors fine, the supercharger is whats bogging down. So they told me to replace the supercharger and i'd be fine.
they said it was the sc? that could get very costly (for a new and used one) i wonder if the bearings went bad in it? those arnt very much there like 75 bucks or so for a rebuild kit but you need a press to put them in.
take a look at the links below, they should give you a better idea.

also can you take the sc belt off and see if the sc spins freely? it should be nice and smooth.
