Looking real nice! Love the beige interior, I wish I had found a CompG with beige inside, very bright and classy looking.
Cute cats too! My Sparky used to look just like your black and white cat.
Laura, I have a couple questions and please please try and answer them....
1. where and what kind of interior gauges are theses? where they hard to install, I would love to have some, how much?
2. Where did you get your grill, is it honeycomb, how much...
3. I also like your tails,, where and how much.... lol....
now for a critique.. Your car is bad ass,, looks really sweet,, but i have to say that you need to take the tail covers off, they look bad on your car... A good tail tint would set your car off.... everything else is perfect....
Thank you for the compliments. Here are the answers to your questions.
1: AeroForce Technology Scan Gauges - 3800performance.com - One I got through there and the other two were ordered for me through Safe & Sound, so not exactly sure where they ordered from. Price is $228.99 on 3800performance.com. I had a custom install done with the gauges, they were installed by Safe & Sound in Manassas, VA. You can also check out aeroforcetech.com for more information about hooking up 2 together. Otherwise it is plug and play.
2: The SPO grills pfyc.com and they are selling them for $99.00. Yes it is a honeycomb type grill.
3: I am confused about this question. My tails are stock, except for the AVS tailcovers. Maybe one day I will get the tails tinted, but until they wear out, I am happy with what I have. So I am not sure how to answer this question. You can get the covers at pfyc.com for $49.99.
I hope this helps you out. Let me know if I can help any further.
Oh I am sorry, I did not word that right,, I meant to say that I really liked your tips, not tails..lol..... Where and how much did they cost..... I have seen alot of tips, but was just curious... thanks so much for taking the time to answer my questions... one last thing.. on the gauges,, what are they used for? what information do they give you? thanks..3: I am confused about this question. Ah, now I understand.
The tips are the SPO tips, I got them from my dealership about a year after purchase. They cost me $120.00, they were on sale. You can get them through pfyc.com, they are $149.99 there.
As far as the gauges go, I can pretty much check anything under the sun. Right now I have them set for Coolant Temp, HP, Knock Retard, Boost, Oil Pressure, and Misfires. When I get bored with them, I will change them. You should check out Aeroforce's website, go to Interceptor OBD2 data stream gauge and scan tool by Aeroforce Technology. It is amazing what you can scan.
Hey Scooby, I've got a set of brand new, never been installed, SPO tips I could sell you if you're interested. Was planning to use them to replace the stock tips, but have since then decided to get a full 2.5" cat back system for the car so the 2.25" inlet on the SPOs will not work for me.
Price would be $125.00 shipped.
Let me know if you're interested.
Sorry for the momentary hijack of your thread Laura. Car's looking great. Love the two-tone interior; I almost bought a bleen GXP with that interior but a few different factors including some stuff I found in a carfax report made me decide against it.
On a side note, if you want to get the "AVS" lettering off the tail covers, just use a little bit of alcohol on a rag wrapped around a hard piece of plastic (ball point pen cap would be my suggestion) and scrape 'em off. It'll take a bit of time and effort, but it will work and the rag will prevent you from scratching the covers.

Verry nice looking gp but the only thing i really hate is the trailer hitch.
Thank you, I mountain bike and you can not use a bumper mounted bike rack on these cars. So I had to go with a hitch style bike rack. I used to have a nice bike rack for the trunk/bumper. But since you can deform the bumper with a trunk/bumper rack I opted to save my bumper and get the receiver hitch.
What's the box above the guages. Is that some type of onstar transmitter or what?
It is the transmitter/pager for my car alarm. There is another one above that one, but you don't see it in the picture. And that one is the shock sensor for the windshield. My OnStar antenna is the shark fin in front of my sunroof.
Injun #4 that is a good idea to scrape off the "AVS" logo on the tailcovers. I might have to do that one of these days real soon.
