Getting 5-9 degrees of knock as well, from what I have read 11PSI is excessive for a stock pulley? I am trying to figure out if the KR issue is related to the boost or not.

Is this a top swap?
What altitude, temperature, humidity, air density etc etc all play a part in boost level. So does sccuracy of gauge.
