I will, but if you say the RTV will not suffice with the cut gasket I might as well re do it
that's only if the cut is leaving you a big leak. If it's not causing the leak, then even a new gasket won't fix what isn't broken. Locate the issue. I'm merely suggesting where I've commonly seen them.
Gotcha, any other ideas besides that?
SO checklist for today, check IAC, TB cables and check for vacuum leaks, hopefully I don't have to replace the SC gasket again, but it looks like I might have to anyways
UPDATE: made a new SC gasket.... RPM's dropped a bit to about 2.5K, still same issue, I don't really know how to diagnose a IAC issue
Update, codes are P0442, p1336,p1176, getting horrible gas mileage (10MPGs), still have the idle issue, in park at 2Kish or so, driving 1300 RPM, stays at a steady 40 MPH =(
