    Firstly, I apologize if this should be in the tuning section but I feel it belongs here...

    I pulled the engine & trans from my 00 GTP. Heavily modded and installed in my 00 GT. I forgot the GT pcm was in the car, I started it and it fired right up! When I changed to the GTP pcm... no start at all, just crank. I flashed the VIN and basic info on the GTP pcm to no avail...

    Has anyone done this successfully?

    P.S. The wire harness & pcm is from the stock GT, everything else is from the GTP...

    Bored block, Eagle Crank, XP Cam, Ported Heads/LIM/Blower/TB, 3.0 Pulley, CAI, Headers, 42.5#, AL 104's, etc...

    -You say that it worked with the gt pcm? have you tried that one back in it?
    -Heavily Modded... As in? what mods?

    You say it has the GT harness. did you do any changes to the harness such as the L67 MAP sensor connector, or adding the bbv solenoid?

    Yes, and it starts but HPTuners will not let me edit that pcm... No idea why, it throws a communication error

    Jasper performance Trans, Bored block, Eagle crank, Cam, heads, headers, injectors, N02 etc...

    No, I didn't change anything. Used the MAP from the GT, could this be the issue?

    Do both cars have a security pellet in the key? If so...switch pellets. Usually a car with a mis-matched key pellet will start and run for a few seconds then shut down.

    Do you hear the fuel pump running when you switch the ignition on? GTP fuel pump wiring is different with a two-speed relay circuit and your GT doesn't have that relay or the wiring that the GTP PCM is trying to use. If I remember right, it runs the pump at high-speed until the engine starts and runs.

    You must use a 2 bar map when running a supercharged car. The GT map will not work.

    You are the man! Cut & soldered the GTP connector and put in the GTP MAP sensor... Fired right up!
